Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with AutoSphere! We want to make sure you have a great experience. Since we deal with specific product types, we maintain a strict 7-day return policy to ensure fairness and efficiency.

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be completely unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging (unopened and undamaged).

  • You must have the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

Note: Items showing any signs of use, installation, or alteration cannot be accepted for a return.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at hussain@autossphere.in.

  2. Include your Order Number/Details and your Contact Number in the email.

  3. Once we receive your email, a member of our team will call you directly on your contact number to guide you through the next steps and verify the return.

⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back to us before speaking with our team. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Inspection and Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately:

  • Original Payment Methods: The money will be transferred back to your original source account.

  • Alternative Methods (e.g., Cash on Delivery): If the source account is unavailable (such as for COD orders), our team will coordinate with you during our phone call to transfer the refund to your preferred alternative method (e.g., Bank Transfer/UPI).

Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
