We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, or more timely sources of information. Section 3 - Order Acceptance & Right of Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We explicitly reserve the right to limit, prohibit, or cancel orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, as well as orders that meet the following conditions:

Suspected Fraud: Any order flagged by our system or team as potentially fraudulent or high-risk.
Failed Verification: Any Cash on Delivery (COD) order where the customer fails to respond to or confirm details via our phone call or WhatsApp verification check.
Stock Unavailability: If an item goes out of stock unexpectedly before the order can be processed.

Section 4 - Pricing & Typographical Errors

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

In the event that a product is accidentally listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error (for example, listed at ₹10 instead of ₹1,000):

We reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer, OR
We reserve the right to contact the customer and request the remaining balance payment to fulfill the order.
If the customer denies paying the correct remaining amount, the order shall be canceled immediately, and any partial payment made will be refunded.

Section 5 - Shipping, Delivery, & Third-Party Carrier Liability

Shipping Boundaries: AutoSphere ships within India only. Delivery is subject strictly to the availability and coverage areas of our partnered third-party courier services.
Limitation of Liability for Shipping: All items purchased from AutoSphere are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged while in transit by a third-party courier company (including but not limited to Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.), AutoSphere is not legally liable for their delays, errors, or damages. We will, however, assist you in tracking and communicating with the courier company to resolve the issue where possible.

Section 6 - Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide you with access to third-party tools or links (such as courier tracking widgets or payment gateways) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Section 7 - Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions, disputes, or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
